Scope of work
Our client Ribel Srl is a young and dynamic reality, recently established in the industrial sector as a new player in the market for the production of industrial valves for oil & gas applications.
The request that was submitted to us was particularly challenging. In fact, it was necessary to develop, engineer and homologate the entire new line of industrial products to be placed on the market.
In this case, the time to market constraints were very stringent and the planning error margin reduced to a minimum.
The solution
Our design solution involved development in several stages.
We initially supported the customer in the research and development phase of new products up to the prototyping phase, providing constant support in understanding the applicable standards.
We have also developed a prototyping control protocol and system engineering: we took care of the procedures, risk analysis, the level of safety integration of new products, the execution of specific tests for approval and product certification in the Fire-Safe, SIL 3 and Fugitive Emission areas up to the validation and certification of prototypes.
